7:00 - 7:30 Pick up at your hotel in Da Nang to go to Hoi An
8:30 The guide takes you from your hotel and then you will go by bike to the Kim Bong carpenters village. You will listen to the history presentation of the village and activities, visit the shipbuilding workshop, wood carvings of Mr. Huynh Ri - a family’s traditional occupation, Can Phuc’s mosaic and other workshops.
9:30 You will see how to make the traditional wooden boats that move the rivers, try the famous basket boats at Mr. Kha’s workshop that have more than 85 years, which manufactures cart boats, woven by bamboo and palm trees.
10:30 Continue riding to Tra Nhieu village, amid the river Thu Bon, you will listen to the presentation of the history of the war and their activities. The fishermen leave their nets, boats and prepare their tools for a long ride 2-3 weeks at sea. Spend island hopping via unusual bridges made of wood or bamboo.
