NINH BINH VIETNAM

Ninh Binh is about 90 kilometers south of Ha Noi. Ninh Binh borders Ha Nam to the north, Nam Dinh to the east, the East Sea to the southeast, Thanh Hoa to the west and southwest, and Hoa Binh to the northwest. Ninh Binh is located between the Red and Ma rivers, to the south of the Northern Delta. The Viet (also known as the Kinh group, the Vietnamese ethnic majority) are among the ethnic groups, as are the Dao, Hoa, Hmong, Muong, Nung, Tay, Thai, and others. There are 23 ethnic communities, with the Kinh constituting more than 98%.
